As humans, we crave variety in our diets and Chef Beth's selection of over 500 tested and proven recipes is increasing all the time. Not only can Chef Beth prepare your favorite comfort foods, she is well versed in a wide selection of low fat, vegetarian and gourmet entrees.
Chef Beth follows her own recipes as well as recipes from the system taught by the United States Personal Chef Association, thus you will never see the same meal twice in a six month period (unless you request one of your favorites).
Complete Grocery Shopping
On your scheduled cooking day, Chef Beth will shop for the groceries needed for the meals on your menu. She will purchase all of the items required and the cost of these groceries is included in the service charge. Vegetables, fish, meats, and herbs and seasonings purchased will be top quality only.

Beth specializes in weight training with cardiovascular emphasis, for maximal calorie burn.

Chef Beth works with clients based on individual nutrition needs. She can help clients lose or gain weight, as well as teach them how to consume a healthier diet.
